Refund policy

We at Sweetfeetapparel.com always want to satisfy our customers.  If you have any issues with your received order don't hesitate to contact us via email at hello@sweetfeetapparel.com. 

All refund request must be communicated to us via email within seven (7) days of receiving your order.  To help us better resolve the matter, your email must include a full detailed description of the issue and note the original order information.  Please include a picture along with your email. 

Returns, are not accepted!

Refunds (1), to be eligible for a refund (full or partial) the item(s) must be in the same condition that you received them in. To start your refund request please email us at hello@sweetfeetapparel.com within seven (7) days of receipt of your order.  (NOT ALL REFUND REQUEST WILL BE HONORED).

Refunds (2), we do not refund and/or replace sale items, clearance items, promotional items, discounted items or discontinued items.

Damages, we do not take any responsibility for replacing or refunding any worn or used merchandise.  Once our merchandise has been worn, used, tags removed and/or has been taken out of its original packaging all liability for damages, such as tears, snags, stains and/or rips belongs to the customer. 

Wrong item(s), for any chance you may receive the wrong item(s), immediately bring this to our attention by contacting us via email at hello@sweetfeetapparel.com so we can correct this mishap as soon as possible.  Please include a picture along with your email.  Once notified and both parties agree that the incorrect items were sent, sweetfeetapparel.com will replace the customers order. 

In person refunds, you will need to have the merchandise and receipt or proof of purchase at the time of the refund request.  At that point we will discuss what course of action is best to resolve the issue. 

Accepted refund request, if your refund request is accepted/honored, we’ll send you an email outlining the timeframe and details as to when you should expect to receive your refund.

Refunds will be returned to you using the same method the purchase was processed. Please be mindful that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Denied refund request, if your refund request is denied/ not honored, we will send you an email outlining the reason. You can always contact us to discuss your refund status at hello@sweetfeetappare.com.

Gift Cards, at this time we do not offer sweetfeetapparel.com gift cards. 

And we do not refund or process returns for gift card purchases.

Exchanges, Sweetfeetapparel.com, does not accept exchanges. Please contact us at hello@sweetfeetapparel.com to discuss the matter.
