Shipping policy

Do to the current pandemic, please be mindful that delivery and shipping challenges may cause delays in shipping expectations. Sweetfeetapparel.com can not control the conditions faced by the United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or any other mail carriers used.

Shipping cost, we ship our orders using the United States Postal Service (USPS ) and United Parcel Service (UPS).  Shipping cost will be calculated by the carrier selected by the customer and is based on the order's weight, size and delivery location/ zone. 

Once your order has cleared, Sweetfeetapparel.com will prepare, fulfill and drop off your package for mailing within 2 to 3 business days of ordering.

Confirmation email, a confirmation email with the tracking number for your order will be sent to the same email used when the order was placed.

Expedited shipping, we do not offered expedited shipping at this time.

The packaging, each sock is individually wrapped in its own clear cello bag and then packaged in a colorful poly mailer for shipping. Purchases for packs are packed together based on the pack quantity. 

Where we ship, currently we are only doing business Domestically within the United States.  We only ship within the United States. We will conduct business internationally in the future.
